This is a 4 week transition/preparation course. It is a warm up for the Cosmosis Mentoring program. Here you will have the time and space to assess your present situation, develop goals,focus on clearing the physical body through diet, exercise, recommended pratctitoiners, and learn foundation practices for Self Mastery.
